Christopher Phommas is the co-founder of Virtical. He also is the President/Owner of a portfolio of businesses that span from Staffing & Recruiting, Construction, Healthcare and Virtual Services. Chris graduated from Ohio University and worked at AT &T for nearly 15 years. Shortly after, he pursued his newfound passion for creating & developing new businesses in the start-up space in Los Angeles’ Silicon Beach. Chris is married to April and have two children, Addison (6) and Greyson (3).

Raquel serves as the Chief Operations Officer for Virtical. Over the last 12 years, Raqy worked with the world’s leading companies and help them use learning, knowledge management, and process improvement to add value and increase revenue. Now, her passion is to help entrepreneurs and business owners focus on high value tasks through highly competitive virtual assistant solutions. Her colleagues describe Raqy as a progressive, driven, down-to-earth, and managerial expert who can be relied on to offer superior solutions that deliver profitable results on time and under budget.

Abby is a Project Manager for Virtical.

Drawing upon her diverse background in people management, process optimization, and effective troubleshooting, she brings a wealth of expertise to project management. She masters local and company standards for each client, and her expertise in streamlining and allocation of resources lends itself to providing clients with best practices for each industry and locality. She spends her free time with family, and playing music.

Aliaksandr Mikhasenak serves as VP of Finance for Virtical.

He has been working in the business since 2010. He has great experience working on projects not only in the USA, but also in Europe. Alex has a financial degree which helps to implement his knowledge more efficiently. He is a husband and father. He spends his free time reading , playing with his daughter, going in for sports, playing drums.
