First, welcome aboard! We are in the process of matching you with your Virtual Assistant and are using the information you shared during the signup process about your working style and needs. Please allow two business days for us to connect you with your new VA. After we’ve matched you with your new VA —we’ll send an email connecting the two of you! We suggest hopping on a quick call soon after to discuss your business needs, and expectations.

Slack can give you and your VAs a direct line of contact easily. You can share ideas, files, messages – all within seconds!

All of our Virtual Assistants go through a rigorous certification process so that they can best serve you from day one. While we do not offer specific training for specialized software, our Virtual Assistants are more than happy to assist if you are able to provide instruction. Please note that we are unable to provide support for any software requiring a local desktop download.

Branded Email is a little addition that makes a huge difference. This feature allows your dedicated Virtual Assistant to send and receive emails from your domain. This adds a level of professionalism and gives the appearance that your assistant is in-house when desired. Your tech team or webmaster should be able to assist you in generating a new email for your Virtual Assistant. Depending on your domain carrier a small fee may be required to create a new email address.
